Costs and Fees Information

This document outlines the price transparency language specific to the Intellicure EHR Version 7.0.

No additional costs (ongoing or one-time) will be required for the purchase of the Intellicure EHR Version 7.0 outside of the following exceptions:

• Intellicure clients wishing to utilize the ePrescribing functionality must pay a one-time setup fee for each provider as well as a monthly maintenance fee, also per provider. One provider license is automatically included in the purchase of the Intellicure product (at no additional cost), regardless of the total number of ePrescribing providers.
• Intellicure charges a one-time fee for the implementation and testing of a Lab Orders/Results interface between a client's hospital system and their Intellicure EHR system. Additionally, a monthly maintenance fee covers the ongoing support, testing, and maintenance of the interface.
• Intellicure charges a one-time fee for the implementation of interfaces to immunization registries or public health agencies. Additionally, a monthly maintenance fee covers the ongoing support, testing, and maintenance of the interface.
• There are no additional technical or contractual limitations to use the certified components of IntellicureEHR Version 7.

Real World Testing

As part of the Conditions and Maintenance of Certification introduced with the 21st Century Cures Act Final Rule, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT adopted an annual requirement for developers of certified health IT to demonstrate the successful interoperability of their certified software in real-world use. Real World Testing is demonstrated through annual Real World Testing plans outlining how the certified developer will be demonstrating the successful interoperability for each pertinent certified capability, and the corresponding Real World Testing results. Provided below are the Intellicure annual Real World Testing plans and results organized by calendar year.

Electronic Health Information (EHI) Export

Intellicure’s certified health IT modules which store electronic health information (EHI) support the ability to export that EHI in an electronic and computable format. This includes both a single patient export capability intended for fulfilling a patient’s right of access request and a patient population export intended for the purpose of facilitating data transitions when providers switch health IT systems.

Provided here are the data format specifications for the various EHI Export capabilities across applicable certified health IT modules. These specifications should be used to assist in interpreting and processing EHI received as part of an EHI export operation.
